As Director of the Ph.D. in Counseling and Supervision, I thank you for your interest in our program. We feel so fortunate to be part of a community of dedicated faculty and students. My colleagues and I are committed to training excellent counselor educators and leaders who impact their clients and communities through clinical work, research, teaching, leadership, and outreach.

Our faculty emphasizes the importance of training in a context that develops well-rounded, self-aware, individuals as they work toward becoming counselor educators, supervisors, advocates, and leaders. We offer a unique low residency program where student learning experiences include both online and face-to-face components. The faculty provide a flexible, but intimate setting of safety and mutual respect that encourages self-exploration and personal growth. We encourage our students to get involved in the program, the counseling profession, and their local communities.

Please take time to explore all the information and resources on this website. You are welcome to contact me if you’d like to speak further. We do hope you’ll consider joining us on your path to becoming a leader in the counseling profession!

With gratitude,
Stephanie Crockett, Ph.D.
